Work Out Partner

While you can work out just fine on your own if you have a work out partner it's much less likely that you will shirk on your work outs.

Committing to a work out date and time with another person will make you more likely to keep on track but remember if your work out buddy is not reliable they may make you miss work outs that you were going to do by being lazy themselves.

Make sure you choose a good reliable work out buddy that is just as committed or more committed than you are! :)

ChaLEAN Extreme - current program.

Well my latest venture is Chalean Extreme.

I am currently finishing my 2 months and will start month three on Friday!

I have seen such huge results from this program as well. My thighs have been a terrible problem for me and with Chalean I can tell we have been working them down nicely. They are forming the muscles in a nice long lean form that I love and I can't wait to take my day 90 photos!

P90X

Ah the X!

I'm sure you all have seen the great Tony Horton on TV screaming at his work out buddies and getting them to push a little harder and get that buff body we all want!

Well I definitely love the X! I started working out with P90X and thought I was going to DIE! I was so sore the days after and could hardly move. lol However I discovered if I drank the recovery drink I could remedy that problem. hehe

Besides for being totally sore the next day I could see huge results the very next day so if you are impatient and are ready to put some hard work in this is a great program for you!

Hip Hop Abs

Well my first go at working out with beach body was through hip hop abs. I saw it on a late night infomercial and thought it looked like a lot of fun. Something I might actually stick to and succeed with it!

I loved working out with Hip Hop Abs and actually went to LA to film in their next infomercial back in Oct. It will hopefully be out soon so make sure you look for me! lol especially if you are up late at night and can't sleep. I'll be your friend. lol

My story!

When I got pregnant with my 1st child I was 128 lbs! I was by no means fit but at least I wasn't over weight. Near the end of my pregnancy ( last time that I weighed ) I was 184 lbs! When I left the hospital and for a couple of weeks after I had to wear XL stretch pants! Finally I went to the store and found out I was in a size 15 and those were very tight.

In April of 08 I started working out with Hip Hop Abs after I had seen an infomercial on late night tv.

After using Hip Hop Abs I have added p90x and great body guaranteed and now I am doing Chalean Extreme! Also I use whey protein,p90x protein bars,calcium,omega 3,joint formula and Shakeology! I love it.

I am now down to a healthy weight and living a very happy and productive life... I'm not ready to stop though! Still building muscle and maybe losing a little bit more body fat!
